Ashish is currently (re)venturing into entrepreneurship to grow OnlineSales.ai, a SaaS platform with enterprise-grade collaborative marketing and analytics solutions for marketplaces, multi-outlet brands and agency partners. His leadership in product strategy and experience from digital ad ecosystem has helped OnlineSales.ai grow across industries and borders including Vietnam, Indonesia, Middle East, Africa and US.
He co-founded Sokrati in 2009 to become India's biggest digital transformation agency and instrumented successful acquisition of Sokrati by Dentsu in 2017. He continues to support Sokrati's executive team around senior leadership team hiring, strategic growth areas and finance functions.
Earlier at Amazon, Ashish owned and managed product solutions to manage key acquisition traffic channels like Online Comparison Shopping sites, Search Marketing and Affiliates for Amazon.com (US). Involved in segment strategy, pricing, negotiations and data analytics to create more scalable and efficient solutions internally.

Anubhav Sonthalia currently leads Dentsu India’s unified CXM business as the CEO. He co-founded Sokrati in 2009 and grew it to one of India’s leading digital media agencies, managing over 10% of the country’s performance media spends. Sokrati became a part of Merkle Inc. (Dentsu International) in 2017 and Anubhav is still actively heading Merkle Sokrati as the CEO. Before Sokrati, he was helping drive efficiency & scale at Amazon (Seattle) as the Product Manager for Amazon's Comparison-Shopping Program. He completed his MS in Computer Science from the University of Maryland, Baltimore.
Anubhav is an industry veteran with close to 2 decades of experience building teams and products to solve business problems for the Fortune 1,000 and fast-growing startups alike. From providing personalized customer experiences, driving customer acquisition & branding through digital media to technical product management - his underlying empathy for customers & deep understanding of their businesses permeates through every role he has led.

Santosh co-founded Sokrati (now Merkle Sokrati, part of Dentsu International in 2009. Currently, he is the Chief Growth Officer helping clients grow their digital footprint and business with digital media and MarTech platforms. He has worked in many technology- oriented avatars including strategic consulting for large-scale projects with clients like Maruti, Microsoft, Godaddy, etc.
A pure technocrat, Santosh spearheads the evolution of a traditional agency into a technology-driven marketing consulting and implementation agency. Working with key entities within the Dentsu ecosystem and partners like Adobe, Salesforce, Oracle, Santosh plays an integral role in bringing to India the latest marketing technologies like Customer Data Platforms, Data Management Platforms, Customer Relationship Management & Loyalty Solutions, and Merkle Innovation Cloud.
Before Sokrati, Santosh was one of the leads for powering Amazon's Marketing platform, enabling billions of dollars of business using data-driven marketing. All that experience was crucial in his previous role as CTO at Sokrati for building the core technology that powers billions of ads across the globe. Under his leadership, Sokrati tech team developed numerous proprietary algorithms that helped both ad spend optimization and insightful reporting for clients.
It’s easy to get caught up in all the accomplishments and growth of the company. But Santosh’s focus on innovating at breathtaking speed has been unwavering. Always on the move and taking all challenges in stride, he is known for assigning tasks with “the deadline for this is yesterday”.
