Shayak is an ex-Indian Navy officer (nuclear, biological and chemical warfare specialist and helicopter operator), who went on build multiple successful businesses in the hospitality sector in Goa, MBA from INSEAD and finally joined Rocket Internet in Paris where he led their cross border ecommerce vertical across LATAM, Africa, South Asia and China (21 countries) and grew the business to more than $1B in transactions. He then co-founded a startup that expanded across India, South East Asia, Middle East and USA to help small and medium businesses to scale their ecommerce business. As the CEO and CTO, he leads GTM and technology at Adya.

Archana began her career with Prahlad Kakkar, India's iconic ad guru, before establishing her own TV ad production house, Roe Creations. Over 15 years, she successfully line-produced and cast for over 800 commercials. Her entrepreneurial journey took a significant leap when she co-founded Eunimart, a SaaS platform designed to simplify omnichannel and global commerce for small to medium-sized retail brands. As Chief Operations Officer at Eunimart, Archana led the company's international expansion, bringing their innovative supply chain technology to e-commerce sellers worldwide, supporting over 1,500 customers and facilitating a gross merchandise value exceeding $17 million. Archana's exceptional achievements have been recognized by several prestigious institutions. She successfully navigated the highly selective processes of the IIM Bangalore and NSRCEL-led Goldman Sachs 10K Women Program, the MIT Zaragoza Logistics Centre expert program in Supply Chain, and the Alchemist Accelerator in San Francisco. Her outstanding accomplishments in technology entrepreneurship earned her membership in Techstars and venture capital support, making her a transformative figure in the global e-commerce industry.

Angad began his career in FMCG marketing with renowned multinational corporations like Heineken Asia Pacific and General Mills Singapore, leading business teams across South Asia and managing prominent brands like Haagen Dazs, Guinness, and Heineken. Seeking to broaden his horizons, Angad pursued an MBA at ESADE in Barcelona, one of Europe's leading business schools. Post- MBA, he joined the Investment Corporation of Dubai, working on ambitious projects in digital infrastructure, smart cities, and real estate development across Europe, India, and the Middle East. Venturing into entrepreneurship, Angad launched an e-commerce marketplace, helping over 300 small businesses expand into multiple geographies. Despite its success, funding challenges led to the business's closure. Angad then returned to India to revive his family's aerospace manufacturing business, securing high-margin contracts from international clients. Although challenges in modernizing the infrastructure proved insurmountable, this period provided invaluable lessons. Currently, as the Chief Business Officer at Adya.ai, Angad is at the forefront of AI innovation, driving growth through strategic partnerships with industry giants like Google, NVIDIA, and Microsoft.
